All orders placed on hausoftajanai.com are processed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days. This timeline covers both the order processing stage at our warehouse and the shipping time to your delivery address.

Once an order is placed, our team begins preparing the items for dispatch. The shipping window includes the time needed to verify the order, pack the merchandise, and hand it over to our shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location within the 48 continental states, but the standard 5 to 7 business day window applies to all standard orders.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed. A second email with tracking details will follow once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.

We understand that sometimes an item may not work out. That is why we offer a straightforward returns process for our customers and dropship partners.

30-Day Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise. Any return request made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for processing. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Free Returns

Free return labels are available for shipments within the 48 continental states. This free return offer applies to all our dropship partners, making the return process simple and cost-free for both partners and their customers.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, fill out the return form located within our app. Once the form is submitted, our team will review the request and issue an authorization number. This authorization number is required for the return to be processed and tracked properly.

Prepaid Return Label

Once your return request is approved, we email you a free UPS prepaid shipping label. This label covers the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse, so no return shipping fees come out of your pocket.

Return Shipping Process

After receiving the prepaid label via email, forward it to your customer. They print the label at home or at a local shipping center, attach it securely to the package, and drop the package off at any UPS location or scheduled pickup point. The shipment will then travel back to our warehouse for inspection.

Refund

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, our team inspects the returned item to confirm it meets the return conditions. After the inspection is complete, we refund the balance to your account. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment method, but the credit will reflect in your account once the return has been fully processed on our end.
